We inspect all shipments carefully before dispatch. If you receive a product in any of the conditions listed below, please notify us within 60 days.
60 Day Return Policy: Acceptable Reasons for Returns:
Damaged, leaking, tampered, or broken product or package
Wrong product delivered
Product past expiration date
Incomplete order / missing products
Unacceptable Reasons for Return:
Opened, used, or altered products
Missing original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.)
Return/Replacement request generated after 60 days from the date of delivery
Damaged/Missing product reported after 60 days from the date of delivery
Any reason apart from a manufacturing defect
Issues such as stomach upset, headache, flavor appeal, or flavor difference from another brand. Please consult your doctor before purchasing the product.
In Case of an Acceptable Reason for Return:
Notify us within 60 days of receiving your product. Email images as proof to support@biopliq.com.
We will investigate and review your return request within 24 working hours.
If the product is deemed unusable and damaged, we will ask you to discard it and provide a replacement.
If our reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the product via a reliable courier. We will reimburse the courier charges.
After receiving your product(s), we will verify the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.
Please note that replacements depend on stock availability.
Refunds
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
The product returned is noticeably damaged or tampered with by you.
The shipping address entered while placing the order is incorrect.
You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.
You do not comply with the returns policy stated above.
Refunds May Be Issued Under the Following Circumstances:
The product ordered is not in stock.*
The shipping address is not serviceable by us.*
You comply with the returns policy stated above.
The product returned is in good condition and not tampered with.
You have paid twice for a single order from the same email address.
Cancellations & Refunds

Before the order is dispatched. Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
An order canceled will take 5 to 7 days for the amount to reflect in the original mode of payment.

Processing Fees for Returns and Replacements:
There is no processing fee for returns or replacements. However, if you request a replacement with a higher-priced product, you must pay the difference.
Modes of Refund:
For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order was placed. The refund will be processed 3-5 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the amount will be transferred to the bank account mentioned in the return request. The refund will be processed 3-5 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
Refund Processing Time:
The refund amount will be transferred within 3-5 working days once the request is processed.
Replacement Delivery Time:
The replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 working days once the request is approved.
